Don't offer business bill pay or business mobile deposits! have to wait 6 mths to use personal mobile deposit!! Have to wait additional time to have manager approve deposits!! WTF. Entered our account info incorrectly, unable to access for 2 mths!! Waste of our time!!!!!
Won't communicate with insurance requests to pay off loan due to totaling a car. Employees and manager very rude. It's been a month since the insurance requested information.
