Everyone here is great. They just changed the management and several of the stylists. The new manager cut my hair and did a good job. I almost fell asleep when she washed my hair. No complaints at all.
That being said I'll never go back into a smartstyle, might as well take my phone number out of your system!
Today I came in and waited about five minutes and finally when the person working at the time acknowledged that I was standing there a crazy old lady comes up behind me runs right in and asks when she can get a cut. Like what the hell? What made it worse is that the lady working decided that she was going to fit her in next and asked me if I wanted to be on the list because she had someone coming in. Yeah no thanks I would rather not WAIT for another ameture to try and simply trim my hair.
Let's see where do I start? I came in a few weeks ago for just a trim and the girl that was doing it was asking the other people around her how do to what she was doing!! This isn't a beauty school it's supposed to be a salon, apparently not.
