I mean let's be honest, mostly the stars are for the blizzard. Nobody craves a DQ hamburger anymore than you'd crave school lunches. If you crave either or both, there's always therapy
Love the blizzards, usually love thier service, yesterday they forgot my soda and don't make my blizzard right. Most times they are awesome!
After waiting for over 30 minutes, we give back cold fries for new ones. We go to our car and leave, open our chicken burgers and they were plain hamburgers! Total Chaos inside! Teenagers working without a clue how to do their jobs. I don't blame the kids. Looked to me like no one took the time to train them. Totally destroyed the $15 an hour argument.
I came through the drive thru tonight to get a blizzard for my mom and myself and although it was nearly closing time and there were 10 cars in front of me, my trip was quick, the staff was friendly, and my blizzard is the best I've ever had. Thank you for your patience in the night time rush and for a delicious late night snack!
Love this they have excellent soft serve ice cream. Some of the best in the country. It's a Little expensive but worth it.
